The Junior League of El Paso will continue to monitor and follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and City of El Paso's recommendations and ordinances throughout this year and we will be communicating any further changes with our applicants and merchants. Should the "A Christmas Fair" show need to be canceled due this pandemic, 100% of payments made by merchants will be refunded.

Prices for 2020 booth space are as follows:

10% Deposit is Required
  • 10×10 - $900.00
  • 10×20 - $1725.00
  • 10×30 - $2595.00
Corner BOOTH
10% Deposit is Required
  • 10×10 - $1105.00
  • 10×20 - $2135.00
  • 10×30 - $3215.00
  • 10×40 - $3470.00
10% Deposit is Required
  • Centrally Located at Fair
  • 10×6 - $670.00
  • Only 1 cart booth per merchant.
Merchant Requirements
To be considered, you must provide a sample of your product(s) and submit along with this  application a maximum of 5 photos of the merchandise and booth setups at other shows. Photos will not be returned. Merchants must arrange for sample returns.
  • A minimum of 10% deposit is required to reserve your space at the time of applying
  • Spaces must be, at minimum, 50% paid by September 1, 2020
  • All paperwork and payments are due in full by October 1, 2020
